I Knew Them - Lying Dead On The Pavement An independent album, with nobody's support, that moves in the likes of experimental rock. Even though it consists of eight pieces, (it is continuous). The cover artwork gives a special extension to the nightmare described and lived-through lyrically. Something like Blair Witch Project and even more, with all the humour that resides in such an (operation). The inlay resembles the punk aesthetic, even though the sound has nothing to do with the genre or its derivatives. The credits are taken over by a playful anachistic mood. The ideas are not missing, nor do the musicians lack ability. In a couple of live appearances I saw them, I must admit they sound better than the present (sympakto) record. At least fresher and a lot more agressive (ormitikoi), positive elements able of lifting the crowd waiting, usualy bored, for the main group to appear. Though unfortunately it is lacking in production ideas. What they need in my opinion, is someone to believe in them and take them on as a producer. And then they can reach higher places. I wish it for them, in sight of the new year. -Kostas G. Karderinis (http://www.mic.gr/stili.asp?id=28677)
